I happened to see this book as I was searching for clean police mysteries and I am enjoying the Jessica Anderson Series! I am warming to her character, a former Colorado law enforcement officer who met with an unfortunate event that claimed the lives of her husband and team in an ambush. She is back home with her family as she recovers and takes comfort in training her elite SAR team. She wants her trained dogs to be accepted as certified SARs for her county and state. I am hooked on this series as Jessica takes her awesome dogs to find the missing and deceased. I am binge-reading them all!
