Between the Lies by author Michelle Adams is a thriller which will have the reader wondering who Chloe Daniels can really trust. How frightening it would be to wake up in a hospital and have no memory of the details in your life. Chloe learns she was in an accident and once released from the hospital, she feels as if she has become a prisoner with the home of her parents and sister. She does not remember her family and has to trust the limited amount of information they will give her. Each evening her father spends time trying to help her recover her memories through hypnosis. Or, is he implanting false memories?? Chloe finds a picture of herself with a man and a small boy. Who are they and are they her family, too?
A wonderful suspense mystery which had me feeling distrust for all of the characters except Chloe!
