Catherine Coulter and J.T. Ellison THE SIxth Day... Intrigue and Mystery

The Sixth Day by author Catherine Coulter and J.T. Ellison is the 5th book of the series "A Brit in the FBI". There are several interesting themes going on in this book. It is easy to read and you may wonder how special agents Nicholas Drummond and Michaela Caine will solve the perplexing mysteries while they are on a visit in England with Nicholas' family. His father's company has been compromised due to a hack and ransomware being integrated into their computers and software systems. During this scramble to help, 'Mike' is contacted regarding suspicious and unexpected deaths of several important people around the world. The common factor in the deaths has to do with injections which were administered from a drone and the presence of a falcon being seen close to the victim. Very Strange!
As the story progresses the reader will be drawn into the intrigue of twin language and a reference to the Voynich Manuscript,  a secret language of letters and stories which can interact with gifted people who have an ancient line of Romanian blood dating back to Dracula. This seemed a bit more on the fantasy side but was still interesting. One of the villains has a brother who suffers from hemophilia and they research and practice their own medical trials to find a cure for the brother.
It is an interesting book with opportunities for the readers to use their sense of adventure as they enjoy the book.
I really like the Covert Eyes group and the energy of Nick and Mike together!
Thank you to NetGalley and the Publisher for the opportunity to read and review this book.
